These terms govern your use of Bandicoot, a word game made by Magic Factory LLC, based in Boston, MA. By using the app, you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy Policy.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bandicoot for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.

Accounts

You can play Bandicoot without creating an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing support@magicfactory.dev.

Purchases

Bandicoot offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by the platform where you made the purchase (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe for web). We do not offer subscriptions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. You agree not to use automated tools or scripts to interact with the game. You agree not to interfere with other players' experience or the operation of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content in Bandicoot — including graphics, sounds, code, and game design — is owned by Magic Factory LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Bandicoot name and logo are trademarks of Magic Factory LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Bandicoot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Factory LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by other means before they take effect. Continued use of Bandicoot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
