Data We Do Collect

Support & contact form

If you reach out via our support form or contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. This is processed by Formspree and delivered to us by email. We use it only to respond to you.

Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog to count visits and understand which pages people read. We capture page views and a small number of intent events (e.g. when an email subscribe form is submitted). We do not capture form contents, mouse movements, or session recordings. Analytics requests are routed through our own subdomain (t.magicfactory.dev) for reliability, not to circumvent ad-blockers' intent. Browsers that send the Do Not Track signal are not tracked.
